Hi there! I'm a UX designer who loves ​creating easy-to-use and enjoyable ​digital experiences. With a knack for ​understanding what users need, I turn ​complex ideas into simple, beautiful ​designs. I'm all about making ​technology feel more human and ​delightful.

My approach

I believe in a user-centered design ​process that prioritizes empathy and ​understanding. I start by getting to ​know the users, their needs, and their ​pain points. Through research and ​collaboration, I transform insights into ​intuitive and delightful designs. I focus ​on creating seamless interactions and ​beautiful interfaces that not only meet ​user needs but also exceed their ​expectations.

Education

My journey started with a bachelor's degree ​in graphic design, where I discovered my ​love for creating beautiful visuals. During my ​end-of-study internship, I found my true ​passion in UX design, realizing how much I ​enjoyed crafting user-friendly experiences. ​This led me to pursue a master's degree in ​UX/UI design, where I honed my skills even ​further. And before completing my master's ​degree in UX/UI design, I pursued additional ​training and earned certification in UX ​design to further develop my skills. Now, as ​a UX designer, I combine my graphic design ​background with my UX knowledge to create ​engaging and intuitive digital experiences.

Project: ShareLight

ShareLight is a web 3 educational social network based on blockchain.. I worked on ​this project for 6 months as a UX & UI designer and the results were breathtaking

Problem statement

Designing and developing an innovative social network for education is a unique idea that ​combines the advantages of social networks with educational features to enhance learning and ​collaboration among users. However, the problem that hinders the implementation of the idea ​is the uncertainty regarding several aspects:

• Necessity of the Platform: Do educators, and students really need such a tool?
  

• Potential Benefits: What concrete advantages would it offer users compared to existing ​solutions (in Web 2 and potentially in Web 3)?
  

• Overall Effectiveness: Will it truly improve learning or collaboration?

We needed to determine if this platform meets the needs of our target audience or if an ​alternative approach would be more successful. This project seeks to resolve these concerns ​and establish the most beneficial network type for educational purposes.

Design thinking process

Empathize

Understand the user's needs and ​experiences through observation and ​engagement.

DEFINE

Clearly articulate the problem you ​aim to solve based on insights from ​the empathize phase.

Test

Evaluate the prototypes with users to ​gather feedback and refine the ​solutions.

IDEATE

Generate a wide range of creative ​solutions and ideas

Implement

Deploy the final solution, making it ​available for use while continuing to ​monitor and improve it

Prototype

Build tangible models or simulations ​of your ideas to explore and test ​them.

Empathize

In this phase, a huge effort was dedicated to gathering data and information from various countries worldwide. This ​research aimed to identify the target audience and evaluate the effectiveness of the social network concept.

In this phase, a forum was made in Pollfish website to gather answers from various coutries to make sure people are ​interested in the idea in order to validate and implement it.

User personas

The survey was made for four countries, Tunisia, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia & Brazil, this choice was made based on the use of crypto ​currency for each country.

So 4 personas were created to represent each country’s results

Defining the concept after validating the idea is now easy: a social network for education that ​connects people, allowing them to openly share their knowledge and expertise while earning ​income. The platform addresses users' needs to connect with others in the education field, ​share their knowledge and expertise freely, and access a space to learn and develop new ​skills.

It facilitates the exchange of knowledge, enables learning new perspectives and approaches, ​and fosters collaboration and professional networking.

This comprehensive platform empowers knowledge seekers to grow and enhance their abilities.
